request that a security freeze be placed on certain data that ChoicePoint
maintains about you, including some or all of the following: C.L.U.E. reports,
Current Carrier reports, employment screening reports, and tenant screening
reports. You may also subsequently release or lift a freeze at a later date.
Depending on state provisions, these actions may require payment of a fee. Click
on the security freeze links below for your state for more information regarding
security freezes. If your state is not listed, security freezes are
not available to residents of your state.
Any security freeze that you request will apply to only those applicable
information products that are created and maintained by ChoicePoint. Please
note that ChoicePoint is not a credit bureau and does not maintain a database
of credit information. We do not have the ability to add a security freeze to
your credit file.
To add a security freeze to your credit file, you must contact the individual
